I cant believe Easter Day's over already! :( I had so much so much fun today :)
First location was Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel, after Benny picked me up from home, where we did the Egghunt and I helped Kien outsource to Vera to do Eggpainting for us :) The kids were very participative, well, who wouldn't want prizes? :) So Benny and I went around the restaurant, Cafe Brios and The Piano Bar, and the ADORABLE PINK BUNNY interacted with the crowd :) Kids and adults alike all liked the bunny :) Some problem occured, apparently the contract stated that we have facepainting for them according to the Manager, but Apple said there isn't facepainting today cos there's eggpainting already. Hmmm. :/
Rushed over to Hilton Hotel Singapore, where I finally met for the first time, Alex the Balloonist :) Not the Alexander aka Marco the Adventure Magician, but the other Alex. Hahha. Benny say he got the abit-Ahbeng look also :/ But he's handsome. LOL and he smiled at me OKAY. Bahhh, but anyways, the kids at Hilton were soooo violent, they plucked out my Bunny's blob of TAIL! :( Rarrrrr! And when I tried to put the tail blob back on the pin, one kid innocently asked me "How can you touch the person's butt? I know there's someone in the bunny...." RARRRRRRR!! KILL SUM-BOH-DEEE! :X But after our half hour show at Hilton, we had the buffet there :D YES, AGAIN! Muahahah! Cos we saw Alex eating there, so Benny and I just went ahead with it after asking Kien la :P And Benny is mad about oysters! Super mad! He was like "Don't stop me. I'm gonna clear out the oysters!" LOL. He really did, cos there were only 4 left :P Fast buffet lunch, main aim to just fill our stomachs not enjoy it cos we had another show to run to!
Oh yea, and met up with Pamela the new Marketing personnel of our company :) Then we cabbed over to our 3rd location together, at Gardenville the condo :) Gosh, the kids are so adorable! And I met one of my ex-clients! When I walked in with the Bunny, a lady beside me exclaimed "Look Sofia! There's the Bunny! And look! She brought Santa and Barney to our place during your birthday!" OH GOSH IT'S SOFIAAAAA :DDDDD The super adorable and pretty little girl whom I enjoyed at her party last year with Benny and Xinyan! :D Super duper happy to see Sofia cos she is sooooooooooooooooo cute! :) Love her so much! And this is my 2nd time meeting a familiar client already! So yea, today's party at Gardenville was equally splendid cos the kids were so enthusiastic and the parents were really participative too. During the Game, the Egghunt, the Phototaking and all :) And Sofia's mom actually talked to me asking for Mickey & Minnie mascots for Sofia's birthday, but she said Kien says we dont have! Gosh.. Gotta think of a way :) She's a really really nice client!! :D
So yeaaaaaa that's my day :) I lost my voice at the last show cos I walked too far off from my mic and I couldnt speak to the kids so I had to shout a couple of times, which made my already-present slight sore throat worse. And Benny was really nice today, helping me carry my stuff and all, opening a snack for me to eat which is a chocolate biscuit even though I was having a mild sore throat then (LOL), giving me opinions on what to do for the Egghunts etc based on his experience last year, peeling lobster for me at the buffet :) :) :) See, I got a GREAT colleague to work with today :) Really enjoyed working with him, always an equally enjoyable experience, but today's was the most chiong so I guess this was the first time we really had to help each other to get through the whole day! And I guess, HAPPY EASTER! :D
